Creative-in-Residence @ TED / Digital Storyteller
I communicate ideas through written and visual stories.
I am a storyteller, content developer and digital product manager that knows how to craft narratives to build communities around meaningful concepts. I’m also tech savvy and can leverage this to build, manage and launch platforms that feature engaging content on social, web, email and mobile platforms.
My background is in strategic communications and I have worked with some of the world’s largest and best-known brands including Verizon, TimeWarner, Toyota, iHeartMedia and UnitedHealth Group on thought leadership, crisis, public affairs, litigation, marketing and public relations campaigns and projects.
I am the Creator and Curator of ENODI, a journalistic and creative project that tells stories and builds a digital community for first-generation Black immigrants of African, Caribbean and Latin descent around the globe. I am also the co-founder of ZMedia Tech Group, which builds mobile app, web and email products. The company is a selected member of Facebook, Google and Microsoft’s accelerator programs for startups.
I’m a TED Speaker and have moderated panels and delivered remarks at major events and conferences at the U.S. Department of State, Google, Harvard Business School, The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University and the NYU Stern School of Business on the topics of entrepreneurship and digital media.
As a writer, photographer, videographer, and speaker, my work has been featured on NBC News, Upscale Magazine, BRIC TV and more.
